The RD in RDdotNET stands for whatever I feel like on the day. It could stand for Research & Development or something more bizar like Reality Dysfunction.

TFS Heat ITSM

Computers are incredibly fast, accurate, and stupid; humans are incredibly slow, inaccurate and brilliant; together they are powerful beyond imagination.

Albert Einstein

Summary

TFS Heat ITSM is a Migration tool that will run off Team Foundation Server and allow teams to pull tracked calls or tickets from the Heat ITSM system in to Team Foundation Server.

This project will provide a configurable link between Heat ITSM and Team Foundation Server. This will allow calls to be logged by helpdesk in the standard way, while using TFS to manage the development and support work required to fix the problem.

TFS Sticky Buddy v2.0

Published on: Monday, November 03, 2008 [Permalink]

I will be working on some new features to the Sticky Buddy application. Improvements in the interface, along with a more modular structure and more diagram offering are in the mix. I have been working on some of the enhancements and their implementation in my other lesser known project TFS Heat ITSM

As you can see, a new look and feel for a new version, but this should allow me to implement a better modular design and separate out

the individual bits and pieces.

Head over to Codeplex and vote for your favourite feature, ort add a new one :)
